Sauna Detox Study Proves Effectiveness in Eliminating Human Contamination

saunaThe Narconon drug rehab program has been the subject of dozens of studies and surveys over the past 40+ years, and they have found that the program is effective at helping drug addicts to achieve a stable and lasting recovery, with rates of success that compare very favorably with other rehab programs. The sauna detoxification step of the program has been the focus of a great deal of this research, and it has been studied in applications outside of the Narconon program. The sauna detox is more formally known as the Hubbard Method, named for its developer, researcher L. Ron Hubbard. In addition to being used as a detox system for the Narconon program, the Hubbard Method has also been successfully applied as a way to help victims of toxic chemical exposure.
